Your mission:

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, applicable legislation and other requirements, as well as contributing to the grants obtention for group companies.


Key tasks and Activities:
 

  • Prepare and monitor the execution of commercial contracts and agreements related to the commercial exploitation of the group companies’ products and intellectual property rights;
  • Provide legal support to Backoffice teams and BU’s regarding legal documents, ongoing litigation and legislative or regulatory developments;
  • Document management;
  • Identify and develop strategies to optimise the grant application process at group level;
  • Direct involvement in the identification, planning and writing of grant applications by the different group companies, providing and additional interface between internal teams and external service providers;
  • Contribute to the proper documentation of grant-related activities.



The talent we search for:
 

  • Degree in Law.
  • Master’s Degree in Commercial Law and Corporate Law or similar;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the areas of Commercial Law and Corporate Law;
  • In House experience (plus);
  • Registration in the Portuguese Bar Association (preferential);
  • Good computer skills (Office);
  • Proficiency of English language;
