Your mission:

 

Ensure the processing of employees salary in Portugal and provide the needed support in all administrative Human Resources demands.

We are looking for an individual with experience in payroll and a passion about human resources and in helping people solve their questions.   

 

Your main responsibilities will involve:

 

  • Guarantee all activities regarding payroll processing, including time management, vacation and attendance control, and bank payments;
  • Provide support to employees, clarifying doubts regarding payroll, administrative questions and labor law issues;
  • Prepare new employees work contracts;
  • Guarantee all tasks related to onboarding and offboarding of employees: preparation of documentation, data input in the systems, management of internal processes;  
  • Control contract renewals and trial periods;
  • Ensure the communication and data information with official entities;
  • Support the HR team on labor law issues;
  • Prepare official reports (such as Relatório único, Safety reports, etc)
  • Support the training process, including contacts with suppliers, training schedule, data gathering and system information management;
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the Human Resources processes and procedures under her/his responsibility:
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the HR plans.

 

The talent that we search for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar area;
  • 5 years experience in payroll functions;
  • Strong knowledge in labor law;
  • Knowledge/ experience in HR ERP’s (mandatory) - Success Factors (is a plus);
  • Knowledge/ experience in payroll systems (mandatory) - Meta 4 (is a plus);
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Passion for the administrative Human Resources tasks;
  • High sense of responsibility and ethics;
  • Strong and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Ability to work collaboratively, sharing technical knowledge;
  • Independent working style and ability to manage time and priorities;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
