Mission
Be part of the Marketing team, strategically working on internal and external communication to strengthen the brand and clearly convey the values and differentiators of our products. You will be responsible for developing policies and procedures that ensure consistent and impactful communication with our clients. Your role will include creating and implementing technical and scientific content that demonstrates the efficiency and quality of our portfolio, as well as managing relationships with suppliers and partners essential to our communication strategy.
Responsibilities
- 360º Communication: Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring the implementation of global and local communication guidelines, and ensuring clarity in every message.
- Internal Communication and Endomarketing: Plan and execute internal communication actions to strengthen culture and alignment with our values and mission.
- Institutional and Product Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns and promotional actions aligned with the global communication strategy.
- Management of Materials and Archives: Maintain an updated and organized bank of advertising and communication materials, including videos, presentations, and institutional pieces.
- Global and Local Interaction: Collaborate with the global Marketing team to maintain alignment of strategies and objectives across regions.
- Social Responsibility: Participate in social responsibility and volunteer projects in partnership with the Human Resources team.
- Innovative Projects: Support the creation of new projects that drive our marketing plan and brand relevance.
- Strategic Interface: Work closely with the Sales and Distribution Channels teams to adapt actions that support sales and capture market needs.
- Media and Social Media Management: Develop and manage the annual media plan, including social media, ensuring a solid and engaged online presence.
- Events and Activations: Provide full support for events, from visual identity to activations, ensuring a memorable brand experience for the audience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising, and in the Agribusiness sector, with a differential in label and packaging development.
- Skills in Image Editing, Corporate Communication, and Endomarketing.
- Knowledge of labeling and packaging.
- Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
