Your Mission:
As an HR Business Partner for LATAM, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping drive organisational effectiveness, workforce engagement, and talent strategies that support business growth across the region. You will partner closely with leaders, managers, and HR teams to translate business needs into people-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and Rovensa policies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with LATAM business leaders to identify current and future people-related priorities and develop actionable HR plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead and support organisational design initiatives to optimise structures, capabilities, and efficiency.
- Implement and oversee key HR processes, including performance management, talent development, learning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance challenges, and team effectiveness.
- Use HR analytics and workforce data to identify trends, support decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Drive communication and change management initiatives that foster transparency, collaboration, and employee development.
- Partner with Global HR and Organisational Development teams to implement and continuously improve HR programmes and processes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and attract top talent for the business.
- Work closely with Shared Services teams to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Rovensa policies, processes, employment legislation, and labour regulations across the region.
- Stay informed of changes in local employment practices and labour laws.
- Proactively identify risks and potential roadblocks, escalating them when necessary to support business objectives.
The Talent We Are Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Proven experience supporting teams across LATAM, particularly in Ecuador, Colombia, and Chile.
- Experience managing HR processes and systems.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools is highly valued.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in the local language is mandatory; English proficiency is highly valued.
- Availability to travel locally and internationally as required.
