Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Field Demonstration Strategies (PADEM)
    Plan and execute field activities with strategic growers, selected in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Development teams, to position differentiated technologies and solutions.

  • Build High-Value Partnerships
    Ensure alignment between growers, distributors, and the commercial team during critical moments of the agricultural cycle, promoting hands-on experiences with the company’s portfolio.

  • Explore New Technical and Geographical Opportunities
    Assess product performance under various conditions and across different regions, testing new practices and models to accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions.

  • Be the Technical Reference for the Commercial Team
    Serve as the main technical advisor for the sales force, supporting a consultative and solution-oriented approach that delivers real value to the grower.

  • Influence Business Strategies and Models
    Actively participate in technical and strategic committees, proposing ideas that drive new ways of working and the development of tailored solutions for the market.

  • Drive Sustainable Business Growth
    Identify and promote high-impact technical-commercial opportunities, directly contributing to sales targets and positioning the company as a trusted partner for the grower.
