Responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out field demonstrations (PADEM) with strategic farmers identified by the commercial, marketing and development areas.
  • Ensure correct orientation: farmer, distributor, time and products/situation with technical sales representatives.
  • Evaluate products under different conditions of use (demonstrate results different to those for which the product was designed, including geographical areas).
  • Provide technical advice to the Technical Sales Representative (guarantee the system of working with the internal client) with the aim of generating valuable sales with the farmer.
  • Support the generation of new ideas and/or work systems that allow the generation of a new product and/or work model (technical committee).
  • Detect high-value solutions that enable the generation of technical-commercial strategies that support the achievement of the sales budget (business cycle committee)
