Your responsabilities:
• Provides advanced technical knowledge to sales teams and customers during the sales and post-sales process.
• Communication:
- Manages agronomic trials to share product benefits.
- Collaborates with the Marketing department to turn trials into marketing and sales tools.
• Knowledge Transfer:
- Leads the transfer of technical knowledge from the company to internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhances the sales team's technical skills in nutrition, biostimulation, and biocontrol.
- Extracts and brings new insights from trials and experiences in local markets.
• Portfolio Management:
- Assesses, updates, and communicates the product lifecycle.
- Analyzes the need for new products.
- Generates and keeps technical information up to date.
- Evaluates registration opportunities for new products.
• Supports marketing in the process of evaluating market potential.
• Market Watch with a specific “field vision”: Competitors, Products, Crops, Climate, Techniques, and Technology.
• Trials: Defines the experimental plan needed to support commercial development and the launch of new products.
• Complaints & customers relationship management:
- Manages (technical) complaints.
- Maintains relationships with customers (Farms and/or Agricultural Retailers), listening to their requests and understanding their needs from a technical perspective.
- Develops the customer portfolio.
- Prepares quotations and presents them to customers in collaboration with the Area Manager.
