YOUR MISSION:

Research focused on development of biocontrol solutions in the Agricultural sector for an international biological company. Writing of protocols and hypotheses and execution of trials for evaluation and screening of novel solutions. Continued development of methods for testing novel solutions in respective disciplines. Liaison with stakeholders to improve knowledge and function of the Global R&D Biocontrol and Adjuvants department as well as company presence and image in the Agri-sector.

YOUR  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Protocol design for efficacy testing of biocontrol solutions
• Setting out trial timelines for efficient execution.
• Development of methodologies for efficacy screening of biocontrol solutions.
• Practicing and developing testing techniques for novel experiments.
• Execution of trials - laboratory (in-vitro) and pot trials.
• Liaise with Industry, Academia, and Industry organisations.
• Attending workshops or collaboration Projects with Universities and Industry organisations.
• Training and technical support to Development and Marketing teams.

THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• MSc in Plant Pathology with 2-3 years’ experience in the agricultural sector with relevant focus in plant disease management
• Experience with soil-borne diseases would be beneficial (NTH)
• Software skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Statistical Packages (NTH)
• Strong organisational skills and detail oriented 
• IPM background (NTH)
• Innovation mindset
• Attention to detail
• Code B Driver´s License
