Principais Responsabilidades:

• Emitir notas fiscais de saída (vendas, amostras, devoluções, beneficiamentos, testes etc.) com base nos pedidos registrados.

• Garantir o cálculo correto do faturamento, emissão das notas e trâmites necessários para envio das mercadorias.

• Assegurar a exatidão dos dados fiscais, emitindo cartas de correção quando necessário.

• Extrair e analisar a carteira de pedidos no SAP para execução do faturamento.

• Definir o centro de negócios para faturamento e entrega conforme o tipo de pedido.

• Classificar notas conforme a finalidade e controlar devoluções no sistema.

• Realizar cancelamentos de notas fiscais, quando aplicável.

• Comunicar a equipe comercial sobre indisponibilidade de produtos e previsão de reposição.

• Elaborar mapas de faturamento, relatórios periódicos e previsões.

• Apoiar melhorias nos processos da área e manter a organização documental.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• Conhecimento avançado em SAP (módulo SD).

• Experiência com emissão de notas fiscais e legislação fiscal (ICMS, IPI, CFOP, CST).

• Atenção a detalhes e boa capacidade analítica.
