Responsibilities

 

  • Make frequent visits to the fields, reporting on product performance in line with the manager's strategy.
  • Install and run demonstration areas for the ROVENSA NEXT portfolio at major commercial customers.
  • Run demonstration areas for use at promotional events.
  • Identify and report business opportunities to the commercial department.
  • Suggest marketing actions focused on increasing sales of strategic products.
  • Promote relationship/outreach actions with stakeholders in the region.
  • Generate product performance information at the field level, which will be compiled by the coordinators.
  • Assist during technical/commercial training for commercial partners, demonstrating field results at the producer level.
  • Contact potential customers to promote the company's products.
  • Provide customer service, providing and receiving information about the performance of the products and services offered, aiming to fully meet their needs.
  • Participate in trade shows and events, performing activities related to setting up the event, organizing the booth, and collecting and checking the material at the end of the event.
  • Manage, store, and care for materials such as tents, signs, and banners.

Expected experience and knowledge

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy;
  • Postgraduate degree in Agronomy and/or related fields desirable;
  • Experience in Plant Nutrition or Application Technology desirable;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
