RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in the Agronomic Training area, organizing technical product results and transforming them into information for commercial training teams;
  • Training (outdoor and indoor) for channel sales teams in sales argumentation-oriented training (focus on commercial benefits);
  • Conducting presentations at large events and congresses, as well as carrying out other related activities inherent to the position;
  • Carrying out differentiated and specialized projects and initiatives developed by the training department;
  • Coordinating the training calendar with the sales and marketing area;
  • Supporting contacts with consultancies and agricultural research institutes on projects designed to develop new products;
  • Guiding the sales team on the technical aspects of their area of specialization, assuming technical responsibility when necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with trends in their area of expertise, as well as new tools, resources and technologies available on the market, with a view to continuous improvement and the quality of training and qualification services and processes;
  • Participate in internal and external training, following the advice or request of their immediate superior, with a view to constant professional development and training;
  • Knowing and complying with the Occupational Health and Safety procedures inherent in the context of their work, with a view to maintaining safe working conditions. Use the PPE indicated for the job and/or work area. Actively participate in prevention and awareness actions carried out by the company;
  • Knowing and following information security protocols, ensuring adherence to these in all activities under their responsibility;
  • Carry out other related professional activities inherent to the position held, in accordance with the company's guidelines and directives.
     

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Mentoring (Dissemination of Knowledge and Experience);
  • Technical Instruction and Training (Required);
  • Knowledge of Plant Nutrition / Biostimulants / Biofertilizers / Biocontrol (Required);
  • Oratory, persuasion, eloquence in presentations and lectures (Desirable);
  • Biological Products / Adjuvants (Desirable);
  • Availability to work in the city of: Primavera do Leste - MT (mandatory).
  • Undergraduate degree in Agronomic Engineering and postgraduate degree in Agronomy or related subjects.
  • Previous experience with foliar fertilizers, biological products and pesticide application technology.
