Focus of the Role:

  • Leads strategic plan implementation, including Commercial Excellence, Integrations as well as any otherglobal project deployed in Brazil.
  • Responsible for Commercial Blueprint implementation and adoption in Brazil, including such key processes as: implementation of regional business calendar, win-rooms, sales activity calendar, key account management, commercial policy and pricing etc.
  • Responsible for completing the Integrations in Brazil, including the unification of the former companies integrated within Rovensa Next as well as the integration of Cosmocel’s business in the region.
  • Responsible for building and implementation of capability development plans and productivity increase plans for commercial teams.
  • Supports SalesForce implementation and adoption to enable key commercial processes.
  • Drives continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Acts as a change agent.
  • Acts as a bridge between Global and Regional teams to ensure local reality is well understood and requirements captured, and proposed improvements are meaningful and useful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Strategy and Business Cycle Management:
    • Supports the regional leadership with defining and implementation of commercial strategies.
    • Supports sales targets set up and cascade across the commercial organization and align individual targets with business goals.
    • Oversees strategic planning, budgeting, account planning and forecasting processes in the Region.
    • Supports strategic initiatives implementation, measure KPIs and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
  2. Integration of business in the Region:
    • Complete any pending items of the ongoing integration of former companies within Rovensa Next Brazil
    • Integration of Cosmocel’s business in Brazil:
      1. together with the Transformation team, this person will plan, orchestrate, deploy and follow up integration activities in the Region
      2. focus on Value Creation is key and therefore one of the most critical tasks will be to calculate and plan the consecution of the integration synergies associated to the combine sales of both Rovensa Next and Cosmocel’s portfolios in the region; work with finance to follow up and measure Value creation on synergies on a monthly basis, being responsible to gather all insights and information needed to explain results and deviations from existing targets when applicable.
  3. Sales Activity and Opportunity Management:
    • Owns win-rooms, supports filling- in opportunity funnel by providing data insights on growth levers and following-up on the execution of initiatives.
    • Manage the sales activity calendar (Time Allocation) and supports the regional leadership with resource allocation decisions.
    • Leverages SalesForce to enable win-rooms execution and activity management.
  4. Capability & Productivity Development:
    • Develops programs to enhance team productivity to bring it to the target level.
    • Address skill gaps and together with Global ComEx and HR functions proposes capability building plans.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead continuous improvement and transformational change initiatives.
    • Drive the implementation and adoption of core systems (e.g., SAP, SFDC).
    • Manage cross-company projects and ensure effective delivery.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven expertise in advanced Project management.
  • Strategic thinker with a clear vision for driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and methodical in approach.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and solution-focused.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Skilled at managing multiple initiatives concurrently while fostering alignment and inspiring organizational  change.
  • Effective at leading through influence, even without formal authority.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales effectiveness roles with in-depth experience in CRM systems and a strong grasp of sales processes and strategies AND/OR Experience in Strategic Consulting in Commercial related projects
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Excel, Powerpoint. Thinkcell is nice to have.
