Principais Responsabilidades

• Liderar a estratégia regulatória regional para o portfólio de produtos agrícolas da companhia
• Garantir registros, renovações e compliance regulatório nos mercados sob sua responsabilidade
• Atuar como principal interface com autoridades regulatórias e stakeholders externos
• Desenvolver e sustentar dossiês regulatórios para suportar expansão e manutenção do portfólio
• Trabalhar em parceria com áreas globais e regionais como R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Comercial e Jurídico
• Assegurar conformidade com regulamentações locais e internacionais, além de auditorias e certificações
• Apoiar decisões estratégicas do negócio através de visão regulatória e gestão de riscos
• Liderar iniciativas regulatórias em ambiente multicultural e global
• Gerenciar equipe regional de Regulatory Affairs, promovendo desenvolvimento e alta performance do time

Experiência Exigida

• Sólida experiência em Regulatory Affairs no setor agrícola, biosoluções ou indústrias correlatas
• Experiência robusta com registro de produtos agrícolas e interação com autoridades regulatórias
• Conhecimento de regulamentações internacionais e gestão de compliance regulatório
• Vivência em ambientes globais, multiculturais e com forte interface cross-functional
• Experiência em liderança de equipes e gestão de projetos complexos
• Perfil estratégico, analítico e com forte capacidade de influência
• Formação superior em Agronomia, Química, Biologia, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas
• Inglês fluente
• Disponibilidade para viagens
