Responsibilities
- Carrying out the annual sales plan and prospecting for distributors in the region in which they operate, in accordance with the guidelines and historical performance data and trends identified in the market in which they operate;
- Providing the Regional Manager with information specific to their region, which helps with the company's strategic planning, taking into account regional characteristics, as well as targeted marketing actions;
- Scheduling visits to customers, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, training distributors and analyzing monthly results, with a view to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the stipulated targets.
Experience and knowledge expected
- Full university degree in Agronomy;
- Teamwork, accountability, customer orientation, planning for results, leadership, sense of ownership and respect for differences;
- Experience in technical and consultative sales, technical support for rural producers;
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and potential clients;
- Desirable to have a client portfolio;
- Experience in agribusiness (fertilizers and plant nutrition) desirable;
- Proficient in the office package;
- Availability for weekly trips;
- Networking skills desirable;
- Ability to develop demonstration fields;
- Knowledge of HF crops desirable.
