Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy Execution: Implement the GTM strategy, support KPI development, and ensure alignment with business goals and market needs.

Business Planning & Cycles: Own the commercial calendar, lead strategic planning and forecasting cycles, and drive North America Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Sales Enablement: Manage the commercial activity calendar, guide resource allocation, and enable impactful customer and field activities.

Capability & Productivity: Identify skill gaps, lead training initiatives, and improve collaboration, efficiency, and salesforce productivity.

Performance Management: Partner with sales leaders to set targets, track performance, and drive data-based coaching and KPI accountability.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Champion CRM adoption (Salesforce/MyForce) and drive process, tool, and cultural improvements.

Strategic Initiatives: Support global projects, acquisitions, and integration, collaborating with cross-functional offices to ensure alignment.

Program Management & Governance: Oversee major projects, manage risks, track KPIs, and deliver BI/analytics solutions to enable decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in commercial operations, sales effectiveness, or transformation roles.

Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management.

Advanced project management and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Strong communicator with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

Collaborative, structured, and detail-oriented, thriving in matrixed and multicultural environments.

Skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights and enabling KPI-driven decisions.

Experience with market segmentation and micro-market strategy in agriculture is highly valued.
