To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Brittany perimeter (France) Sales Representative, on a permanent contract.
YOUR MISSION:
Directly reporting to the France Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Deploying the commercial strategy in your future region in collaboration with your Regional and National colleagues
- Ensuring the image of Rovensa Next and the development of its turnover and margin
- Negotiating the product range with agricultural distributors: purchasing unions, cooperatives, traders… in a spirit of partnership and promoting a comprehensive “Products & Services” offer
- Monitoring, advising, and animating the sales forces of our distributor clients
- Implementing promotional and development actions for the product range within our distribution network
- Being able to analyze market expectations and adapt your offer according to needs
- Contributing within your region to the construction of a sales & marketing plan for your strategic clients
- Prospecting, retaining, and developing new clients
- Defining your annual sales forecasts for your sector and updating them within the framework of the PIC (industrial and commercial plan) or S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Contributing to the monitoring of agronomic services and experiments, thus participating in the definition of technical positioning and experiments
- Leading technical meetings with your clients, gradually developing contacts with local and regional technical prescribers
- Ensuring competitive intelligence in your region
- Leading regional or national trade shows, participating in local and regional events to stay informed and promote the company
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Graduated with a Bac +2 to Bac +5 level degree in agronomy/agriculture/agrobusiness (e.g., BTSA Plant Technologies, Agricultural Engineer/Agronomy with a focus on Plant Production or Crop Protection)
- Desired experience of more than 5 years in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the agricultural world and agricultural distribution
- Good knowledge and product expertise regarding biosolutions, adjuvants, and bionutrition or biocontrol solutions
- Curious, dynamic, rigorous, you have a commercial sensitivity and a taste for human contact and challenges
- Your adaptability, relational flexibility, listening skills, and ability to argue and convince will enable you to succeed in this position
- Good mastery of animation/communication techniques
- Proactive, autonomous, and organized
