Responsabilidades Principales:

• Gestionar y fortalecer la cartera de clientes existente en la zona, impulsando consistentemente su crecimiento y rentabilidad.
• Realizar ofertas comerciales alineadas con las políticas establecidas, monitorear su efectividad y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.
• Representar a la compañía en ferias, eventos y actividades comerciales en su región; colaborar con Trade Marketing en la logística y organización cuando sea necesario.
• Proporcionar retroalimentación estratégica a las áreas de desarrollo sobre oportunidades de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, incluyendo la posibilidad de coordinar y ejecutar ensayos de campo.
• Organizar y liderar charlas técnicas, capacitaciones y seminarios para clientes y aliados en la zona asignada.
• Apoyar en la recuperación de cartera y en la gestión de documentación necesaria para el análisis de líneas de crédito.
• Contribuir activamente en la definición y ejecución de estrategias de marketing locales.
• Recolectar y compartir información clave sobre la competencia (portafolio, canales, precios, especificaciones técnicas, entre otros) que aporte a la toma de decisiones comerciales
