Mission:

Analyze and control industrial performance, manufacturing costs and operational expenditures, providing reliable information, reports, dashboards and business insights to support management decision-making. Collaborate with Industrial, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to improve profitability, ensure costing accuracy and promote operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of industrial costing models, validating standard costs, actual costs and manufacturing cost allocations;
  • Monitor and analyze industrial cost variances;
  • Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs related to manufacturing performance, industrial costs, productivity, waste, inventory valuation and operational efficiency;
  • Activate participate in the annual budget, forecast and strategic plan processes for the industrial area, collecting, validating and consolidating information from the different stakeholders;
  • Monitor and control industrial expenses, ensuring compliance with budget targets and identifying opportunities for cost optimization;
  • Support month-end closing activities related to industrial controlling, inventory valuation and cost accounting processes;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide accurate and timely management information;
  • Ensure the consistency, quality and accuracy of industrial data across SAP and reporting systems;
  • Collaborate closely with Industrial, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to support decision-making and improve business performance;
  • Participate in continuous improvement, digitalization and process optimization initiatives within the industrial area;
  • Support internal and external audits, providing the required analysis and documentation related to costing and industrial controls;
  • Review and update procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and best industrial controlling practices

 

The talent we are looking for:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Finance or similar
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Cost Accounting or Business Analysis roles
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Costing and Management Accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP (plus)
  • English (mandatory) and Spanish (plus);
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (e.g. building reports) and SQL (plus)
