Mission:
Leverage the growth and consolidation of Ascenza in the digital ecosystem, through the design and implementation of the brand's digital strategy, in the various channels available today and in the different markets in which it operates. Ensure that this digital ecosystem is part of the business strategy and the relationship with customers and end users of the products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of social networks (corporate and local), through the creation of a monthly content plan (copy, videos and images) and the implementation of social media campaigns, with the aim of diversifying follower segments, reaching customers and end users of the brand and increasing brand engagement.
  • Storytelling and production of content, scripts, video and photography, especially using external suppliers, ensuring the use of this content in the company's different digital channels (external and internal communication) and in the different markets in which we operate, aligned with the Business Units' (BU) campaigns.
  • Internal production of photography and video content, using existing technologies within the Rovensa Group. Management of multiplatform digital campaigns (namely Google and social media platforms), with budget management for each platform, ensuring traffic levels on the brand's various websites (corporate and local) and increasing the brand's digital footprint in the digital ecosystem.
  • Production of content for the website and back-office management (external and internal communication), prioritizing and ensuring the alignment of communication between corporate and local channels.
  • Definition and monitoring of web developments for ASCENZA websites.
  • Support in various digital marketing issues for the various countries where Ascenza is present, especially in clarifying doubts, training and creating digital content, aiming at aligning the brand in its multi-market digital ecosystem.
  • SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for digital agencies on a regular basis, for all issues related to campaign management, digital projects and user experience, anticipating problems/challenges in these areas, with a view to optimizing the budget and meeting traffic and lead goals and improving the user experience.
  • Support BUs through analytical information, to provide constant feedback on customer behavior and extract better value from customer data.

 

The talent we are looking for:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Marketing Management or Communication;
  • 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Computer knowledge (office) and content management tools/social networks, image and video editing;
  • Fluent in English and French.
