Your Mission

Rovensa is searching for a Salesforce IT Specialist to be part of the IT Salesforce team that follows up to the definition of a Global Salesforce Process Model and respective implementation of tools to Support Business in the Rovensa Group, more than 25 locations around the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure data integrity and implement security best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features.

The Talent we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce support and administration.
• Proficient in Salesforce configurations, data management and system administration in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in English;
• The following is considered a Plus:
  • Salesforce certification
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Data Cloud
  • Apex and SOQL knowledge.
  • Spanish speaking.
