Mission:

Support Rovensa's digital transformation by working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyse needs, improve processes, and translate requirements into scalable and effective solutions. 

This role focuses on understanding and optimising business processes, ensuring alignment with Rovensa's application landscape and contributing to the successful delivery of digital initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting efficiency and standardization
  • Requirements Management: Gather, structure, and validate business requirements, enruring clarity, consistency, and alignment with delivered solutions;
  • Solutions Design Support: Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles;
  • Application Landscape Utilization: Leverage Rovensa's application ecosystem (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Sales Cloud, Apps, Mendix) to address business needs effectively;
  • Digital Initiatives Support: Contributes to the execution of digital transformation initiatives, supporting process optimization and adoption of new technologies;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and successful delivery of initiatives.

The talent we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
  • Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements management;
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge constructively;
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, etc.);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish and/or French is a plus;
  • Availability to travel internationally;
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives;
  • Experience with SAP/4HANA, Sales Cloud or similar ecosystems;
  • Exposure to low-code platforms (Power Apps, Mendix);
  • Experience in international environments.
