Mission:

  • Ensure the preparation of Technical Documents for Active Substances and Plant Protection Products in conjunction with the Company's Innovation and GLP Labs, R&D, and Product Safety units, as well as external entities, complying with regulations and within established deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Technical Documents in accordance with legal and/or internal requirements, monitoring the process until approval by authorities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the work provided;
  • Request, monitor, and evaluate the work required for the preparation of technical documents, both at international units and at units external to the company;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines associated with responsibilities and duties;
  • Collaborate with all units of the Company's Product Safety, Regulatory, and R&D Department, when necessary;
  • Strive, through continuous improvement, to resolve problems encountered in the performance of assigned tasks. Comply with current legal obligations in the company's areas of operation.
  • Ensure the correct storage of information and documentation produced in accordance with company procedures.
  • Alert the team and superiors in case of deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Propose potential areas for technical and individual growth within the team, expand skills aligned with the company's objectives, and propose plans necessary to achieve them.

 

The talent we are looking for:

  • Integrated Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the desired field (analytical chemistry, chemical synthesis, industrial and/or pharmaceutical chemistry).
  • Knowledge of oral and written English (required); 
  • Computer skills from a user perspective;
  • Knowledge of the legislation applicable to plant protection products in the company's markets;
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and related general Environmental, Safety, and RDI techniques (GLP, BPM, ISO 9001/18025);
  • Ability to monitor and follow physical and chemical studies of Active Substances and Plant Protection Products;
  • Knowledge of PPP (Plant Protection Products) regulations, analysis, and development;
  • Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques (Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, NMR, FTIR, in silico models, and in vitro studies).
