Mission:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the supply of goods and services in accordance with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring the necessary activities and coordination with client departments in the processes of identifying needs, planning, technical specifications, negotiation, and formalizing purchasing processes;
  • Develop sourcing strategies aimed at optimizing processes, based on financial information, as well as supplier sustainability data and ESG criteria;
  • Ensure the management of the needs of the different departments/areas related to the assigned purchasing categories;
  • Maintain a strategic plan for the supply of goods and services under your responsibility, aiming to minimize supply/cost risks;
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, deliveries, service, and quality for the specific categories/commodities for which you are responsible;
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms of supplies and manage the respective financial and sustainability risk, defining approaches to action/management;
  • Implement and/or use tools that optimize the management and analysis of supporting information for defining purchasing strategies, market research, and negotiation, as well as ensuring the execution of operational support tasks (issuing purchase orders and/or creating/updating supplier data);
  • Monitor internal needs and satisfaction levels, implementing corrective actions whenever necessary;
  • Consider information on the financial and sustainability risks of supporting suppliers when identifying and reviewing the needs of the business, internal stakeholders, and/or any potential review of the purchasing strategy.

 

The talent we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Experience in negotiation and national and international markets;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Procurement;
  • Proficient English.
