Product Safety Project Management Specialist

Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.
Mission:
- We are currently recruiting for a position Project Manager Specialist four our company ASCENZA AGRO S.A. You will follow up project teams working on submissions for the registration of plant protection products and active substances in EU countries.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multi-disciplinary Projects including the preparation of dossiers for products plant products in EU
- Understanding of different regulatory scopes
- Maitaining good relatiosnships with clientes, stakeoholders, partners and regulatory authorities to ensure continued repeat business and enhance ASCENZA reputation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to project definition and working timelines; monitor project progress within these timelines
- Interface with research, chemistry, business, manufacturing, marketing, regulatory, and quality functions regarding project updates and project advancement
- Help ensure technical feasibility of projects in new product development
- Contribute to product reviews, regulatory documents, study final reports, and other documents as needed
- Provide support as needed to product safety product development as it relates to new projects
- Maintain a consistent habit of reviewing and improving processes
- Maintain a consistent habit of tracking projects and improving methods of tracking
- Drive project scope, plan, resourcing, risks/issues, reporting and delivery
The talent we are looking for:
- Minimum of Master degree (in entomology, weed science, agronomy, chemistry, biology, environmental, toxicology or related science)
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task with tight deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
