Your mission:
 

Following the ROVENSA Strategy on SAP Standards Processes Rollout to all Business Units, we are searching for a SAP Consultant Specialist, with expertise in SAP Consultancy in Controlling (CO) to integrate the internal SAP I.T. Competence Area.

The main responsibility will be to use in-depth knowledge of SAP best costing & controlling practices, industry standards, and systems expertise to determine the best options for strategic and long-term solutions to support all ROVENSA Subsidiaries.

Key tasks and activities:

• Business Support on ERP SAP S/4HANA – Controlling (CO-PC/CO-PA) module;

• Ability to interpret business requirements and process improvements (specifically to Industrial & Controlling Area) and use the SAP Expertise to propose and/or customize SAP to attend those needs;

• Deliver system support services for SAP CO Module (Overhead Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting) and integration with remaining SAP Areas, as Production Planning, Material Management & Sales.

• Deliver assigned projects in the role of SAP CO expert, covering the complete scope for Management Accounting and its integration to other ERP functionalities and external systems/solutions. Analysis of business requirements, system design, build and test, Go-live and post go-live support.

• Serves as a primary SAP troubleshooting resource, making functional & eventual technical specifications to escalate issues to the programmers or SAP basis team if necessary;

• Acts as an internal SAP consultant within the business, helping to facilitate the use of SAP processes & technology as a standard tool for process improvement in all ROVENSA Group;

• Coordinates the restoration of service activities for any major critical application incidents.

The talent we search for:

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar area;

• Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in similar positions;

• Hands on Experiences with Solid & Strong Technical and Functional knowledge and skills in SAP S/4 HANA CO-PC, CO-PA modules;

• Minimum of two full SAP implementation with expertise in customization Product Costing Controlling, Product Cost Planning & Profitability Scenarios and related integration with PP,  SD and MM regarding Production Planning Cost Activities, Overheads, Sales & Profitability and Product Costing with Material Ledger;

• High-level knowledge of global SAP modules’ functionalities and related integration scenarios;

• Ability to organize and coordinate activities and projects within the established deadlines;

• Reading and understanding of ABAP code will be a plus;

• High level of autonomy and responsibility;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong analytical & planning skills;

• Team spirit and high focus on quality and rigor;

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, Spanish and French will be a plus;

• Availability to travel (in short periods of time).
