Mission:
Rovensa is searching for an SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant Specialist to be part of the project team that follows up to the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and Business Support in the Rovensa Group, more than 25 locations around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure SAP Sales and Logistics solutions aligned with business processes;
- Evaluation and implementation of SAP solutions using the appropriate methodologies and in strict collaboration with the IT and Business teams;
- Perform functional process and business requirements analysis;
- Produce functional documentation and support testing and training.
- Support to users in the configuration and use of the system;
- Guide and monitoring the execution of unit and users’ acceptance tests with the business team;
- Support pre-Go live and hyper care period, after the system's Go Live;
- Support business users by responding to requests and/or resolving incidents reported via the Jira service desk platform;
- Maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction, providing a value-added service;
- Ensuring the implementation of information flows and document management, producing documents to support the use of the system;
- Act as a link between the sales area and the technical team, contributing proactively to the presentation of creative ideas / solutions for problem solving.
The talent we are looking for:
- Higher education in the area of Information Systems, Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in SAP SD modules;
- Functional knowledge of Sales functionalities and integrations with remaining SAP components (FI, CO and MM) and CRM Sales Force (is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Sales O2C process, including Pricing and Billing;
- Experienced participation in full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (is a plus);
- Ability to analyze and structure process flows (Preferred with BPM experience);
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Spanish and French is a plus;
- Availability to travel and interest in participating in international projects;
- Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teams;
- Dynamism;
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
