Mission:

Ensure timely monitoring of the profitability indicators of the various companies of the Rovensa Group, within the scope of the implemented transfer pricing policies, as well as their consistency with the legislation in force in each of the geographies in which the group operates. Additionally, the person must ensure that the transfer pricing documentation is prepared, namely the contractual support of the various transactions, Local file and Master file of the Group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor the profitability indicators (transfer pricing) of the Rovensa Group companies;
  • Optimise/develop a report that allows us to monitor profitability indicators in a more automated way, allowing us to take the appropriate corrective actions in a more timely manner;
  • Support in determining the transfer prices to be applied in the different types of transactions between group companies in line with the remuneration model defined for each of the companies;
  • Control compliance with the transfer pricing policies defined by the Group;
  • Contribute to consistency between contractual support and intra-group, operational and financial transactions;
  • Support in monitoring the Group's restructuring operations;
  • Monitor and propose changes to business models whenever applicable;
  • Validate compliance with local tax reporting obligations in terms of transfer pricing;
  • Support tax inspection processes in terms of transfer pricing whenever necessary;
  • Support in compliance with other tax reporting obligations that are the responsibility of the area to which it belongs.

 

The talent we are looking for:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
  • Professional experience in the tax area (transfer pricing) in a multinational company or experience in a Tax Consulting company (minimum of 4 years);
  • Proficient English;
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
