To support our development, we are currently looking for a Sales Representative for the UK perimeter, on a permanent contract.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Contribution to the Rovensa Next commercial strategy and implementation of the action plan
  • Development of the sales with existing distribution network and new customers
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with the distributors Sales forces Conduct product and technical training in support of channel sales.
  • Organization of demonstration trials and cooperation with research centers
  • Launch of new products, including contribution to the technical and commercial positioning

 

 

THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

  • Agricultural engineer with relevant experience in the agricultural sector – ideally in the field of fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, and biostimulants.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development & negotiation with the agriculture distribution in UK
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to establish business contacts
  • Flexible approach to work, ability to work independently and in a multicultural & international team environment
  • Customer & results oriented
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Ability to be reactive and proactive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
