Your mission
As a Bionutrition/Biostimulation Portfolio Specialist within the Global Portfolio Team you will play an important role supporting the Portfolio Strategy implementation, shaping a high-performance portfolio that address grower’s needs and drives sustainable agricultural practices. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental to support business growth.
Your responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle management: Assist in managing the product lifecycle for assigned products. Gather and provide relevant information to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Regional Teams.
- Portfolio Analysis & Segmentation: Help analyze the existing portfolio, support the implementation of portfolio rationalization, and other key projects. Collaborate with Business Intelligence to ensure clear product segmentation.
- Product positioning: Support the definition and implementation of global product positioning strategies.
- Product Launch and Product Growth: Assist in developing and coordinating global product launch plans, including branding and marketing toolkits. Support regional launch plans to ensure successful execution.
- Market opportunity & Business Cases: Support business opportunity assessments and developing business cases with regional teams.
- Team Meetings: Participate in cross-functional team meetings and follow-up activities to address business needs.
- Regional Support: Provide continuous support to regions regarding portfolio strategy and product guidance.
The Talent we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field. A postgraduate degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Bionutrition/Crop Nutrition, Biostimulants, Biologicals, or related field.
- Knowledge in marketing, segmentation, value proposition development, strategic analysis, branding, product communication, etc.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on collaboration and finding solutions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with attention to detail and ensuring cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel).
- Fluency in English and Spanish required. Additional languages are a plus.
