Your mission:

 

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role supporting global projects and analysing strategic programs in the Commercial area. Your primary focus will be on contributing to Commercial Excellence and supporting key initiatives under the guidance of our commercial leaders.

 

Your responsabilities:

 

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of program initiatives that support our business objectives, effectively using KPIs to support the delivery of Rovensa's Strategic Plan, as well as EBITDA and FCF results.
  • Collaborate in aligning program initiatives with commercial strategies, ensuring cohesive and synchronized execution across different areas of the Commercial department.
  • Learn to identify key requirements and collaborate in managing the program for optimal return on investment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to enhance collaboration and contribute to collective success, ensuring smooth information transfer and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the team and other departments to contribute to the development of scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives.
  • Support in analyzing, evaluating, and managing program risks, as well as in producing reports for internal stakeholders.

 

The Talent we are looking for: 

 

  • Educational background related to Business, preferably Engineering or Business Administration/Economics.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, strategic consulting or strategic corporate roles supporting commercial teams and initiatives.
  • Proficient in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the commercial area of a business and other core business processes, their interdependencies, team dynamics, and associated deadlines crucial for achieving business goals, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management to inform decision-making processes, contributing to data-driven strategic insights.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on to effectiveness.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate within a collaborative team, fostering a synergistic approach to program management.
