As a Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for coordinating all the global projects across the Commercial area, implementing and monitoring strategic programs across the team, with a strong focus on Commercial Excellence. You will oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).




  •  Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives to support our commercial business objectives, ensuring that the KPI’s are effectively utilized to support the delivery of the Rovensa’s Strategic Plan, EBITDA and FCF results.
  • Foster alignment between program initiatives and commercial strategies, ensuring a cohesive and synchronized approach across all facets of the Commercial area.
  • Identify key requirements and manage the program accordingly for optimal return on investment.
  •  Facilitate cross-functional dialogue to enhance collaboration and drive collective success, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment with our commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the CCO as well as other cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for the new initiatives.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, as well as produce program reports for internal stakeholders.




  • Educational background related to Business, preferably Engineering or Business Administration/Economics.
  • Previous experience as a program manager, strategic consulting or strategic corporate roles supporting commercial teams and initiatives.
  • Proficient in English; Portuguese is an advantage
  • Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the commercial area of a business and other core business processes, their interdependencies, team dynamics, and associated deadlines crucial for achieving business goals, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management to inform decision-making processes, contributing to data-driven strategic insights.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on to effectiveness.
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate within a collaborative team, fostering a synergistic approach to program management.
