Your Mission:
Coordinate, define and execute the Group’s credit and collections strategy within the BioSolutions division, ensuring the protection of working capital, the optimization of cash flow, and the mitigation of credit risk across all geographies and business units. The role plays a key part in the Group’s financial sustainability, balancing commercial growth, risk management, and strategic relationships with customers and credit insurers.
Your Responsabilities:
- Credit strategy and management
- Customer risk management
- Collections and working capital performance
- Relationship with credit insurers and risk mitigation
- Guarantees, financial instruments and foreign currencies
- Reporting and support to Senior Management
- Team leadership and development
The Talent we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Postgraduate studies or specialization in Corporate Finance, Risk Management, or Credit will be valued
- Minimun 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, performing credit, risk, collections, or corporate finance functions in an international and multi‑country environment
- Experience managing high‑volume and complex portfolios
- Legal knowledge related to debt recovery across different countries
- Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI, and other Business Intelligence solutions
- Experience in cross‑functional projects and initiatives related to factoring and working capital optimization
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Experience in team management
