Your Mission:
This role will manage and oversee all processes concerning the Company’s Supply Chain. This includes coordination of all processes ranging from supplier selection and approval, purchasing and procurement processes, Production Planning, and the distribution of products offered by the company to its customers. It must ensure an efficient flow of goods by anticipating and overcoming changes in supply and demand, as well as any limitations that may arise in any segment of the chain.
Your Responsabilities:
- Manage the company’s production planning.
- Designs and directs production plans, material requirements, and identifies the needs for productive resources.
- Ensures flexibility in manufacturing operations to accommodate urgent jobs or handle contingencies.
- Coordinates and directs the operations of the Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Labelling, and External Producers departments.
- Monitors strict compliance with the S&OP process implemented in the company.
- Maintains direct and continuous coordination with the Sales Department to adapt production to customer needs.
- Develops and implements KPIs that allow us to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
The Talent We are looking for:
- University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a Bachelor's in Chemical Sciences. An MBA or specific training in Supply Chain is valued.
- 10+ years of experience managing the Planning department in multinational companies.
- Negotiation skills, communication abilities, and strong team management capacity.
- English and Spanish, other languages will be a plus.
