Your mission:
The Third Party Relationship Team is vital to achieve Rovensa Next´s growth ambitions and to being the global leader in the market of biosolutions. The Team is responsible for holding the relationship with partner companies, defining the framework and scope of agreements, and to follow-up with legal requirements of signed contracts.
This function is related not only to license-in products across portfolio needs from identified targets, but also to offer selected products to companies in agreement with Global Portfolio Management, Regional Marketing and Executive Management.
Your responsabilities:
- Define and drive target scope, plan, resourcing, manage risks/issues, reporting, and delivery - ensure high-quality 3rd Party Relationship Management.
- Have an overview of all Biosolutions R&D initiatives, avoid redundancies, and ensure efficient project delivery worldwide.
- Secure effective business impact.
- Secure efficient, proactive stakeholder engagement (senior) intervention and appropriate sponsorship.
- Drive professional and effective deal management and maintain standards and compliance throughout.
- Promote Rovensa Next internally as well as externally and build relationships with Rovensa Next functional groups as well as external collaborators.
- Be an advocate for the Rovensa Next Biological Portfolio, sharing best practices across regions and countries.
- Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into constant process optimisation,
- Prioritize sustainability in product development to align with global trends and company values.
- Represent Rovensa Next in a highly professional manner to position the company as partner of choice
- Be ready to support any other Rovensa Next activities or initiatives (e.g., events, exhibitions, EMT, and Rovensa Board-specific requests) as needed.
The Talent we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, Biotecnology, or a related field; a Master Degree is a plus.
- 8 to 10 years experience in agribusiness and/or similar segments
- Business Management knowledge and solid background in agroinputs, including at least 5 years in Biocontrol.
- Proven track record of sucess in B2B acounts and/or sales and experience working in marketing&technical positions at international level.
- Good understanding of ther Regulatory landscape for biosolutions
- Experience in agreements drafting, legal compliance and IP management is desirable.
- Languages - at least two languages at professional level: Fluent English (C1 level), desirable fluency in Spanish. Additional languages are an important plus.
- Good network of indusry contacts and a deep understanding of the biosolutions sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- High level of autonomy, integrity and ability to lead by influence.
