The Global Product Technical Support Expert will work in the Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management (GTS&KM) Department, providing technical guidance and supporting customers, sales teams, and distributors in relation to the commercial portfolio. The objective is to deliver service, product knowledge and training to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of our portfolio solutions, aiding local sales teams in achieving their objectives while supporting Global teams.




  • Assist Regional Teams and their sales reps, and downstream clients in effectively using our products and solutions, and also assisting internal Global Teams by providing necessary technical information and support related to the portfolio to enable their project advancement and decision making.
  • Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and applications both internally and to clients.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system to expand the knowledge repository surrounding each product.
  • Support content generation by collaborating with Global Marketing and other stakeholders to create concise and relevant copy that simplifies product explanations, clarifies product positioning, and also supports training efforts.
  • Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly and accurately using inherent knowledge, the internal knowledge management systems or by contacting RN internal product reference experts.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at global level such as Strategic Marketing, Regulatory and R&D as well as with our regional teams.
  • Contribute to implementing the global technical strategy under the guidance of the Global Technical Manager.




  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
  • 5+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.g., sales, agronomy, or product management roles).
  • Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and adeptness in problem-solving using own initiative, experience and research.
  • Direct hands-on field experience in using or recommending agricultural products for crop management.
  • Resilience, adaptability, empathy, flexibility, proactivity, and an open-minded approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, comfortable with computers and adept at internet searches for information.

This position requires occasional national and international travel and nights away. It is important that the candidate has a valid drivers licence.
