Your Mission:
Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management (GTS&KM) are globally responsible for the delivery of processes surrounding the following transversal services and functions.Within GTS&KM the Training position is responsible for coordinating the corporate product support training program on Biocontrol and Bionutrition portfolios to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the company portfolio of solutions in local agronomic programs, aiding regional sales teams in achieving their sales objectives and supporting Global teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Consolidate & Standardize the Existing Training Program.
An existing corporate training program will serve as the base upon which the role will design, develop, improve, and deliver a training plan to enhance the skills and knowledge in the use and correct positioning of portfolio products with the goal of enhancing sales.
- Follow Up and Quality of Trainings
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback, conducting assessments, and implementing improvements to ensure high-quality training experiences for all employees.
- Identify and Form Internal Trainer Network
Identify knowledgeable employees from various departments to create a network of internal trainers who can deliver specialized training sessions and share their expertise with colleagues.
- Train the Trainer
Provide comprehensive training and coaching on how to train and training techniques (live, e-training, etc.) to internal trainers to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver effective and consistent training sessions to their colleagues.
- Identify Needs, Gaps, and Areas for Improvement
Collaborate with Global & Regional Heads and other stakeholders to identify gaps in current knowledge and training programs, pinpointing areas where improvements are needed and developing corrective actions.
- Develop Multi-Modal Training Delivery System
Create a versatile training delivery system that incorporates various methods such as in-person workshops, webinars, online courses, and self-paced learning modules to cater to different learning requirements.
- Development of Training Materials
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders such as Global Marketing, Global R&D, and Commercial Excellence to ensure training content is available, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain Records of Training Activities and Monitor Employee Progress
Collaborate closely with Global HR, who are process owners for all corporate training, ensuring all training activities and engagement are tracked to enable HR to monitor employee progress and ensure continuous development and improvement in their necessary skills and knowledge.
- Technical Support within GTS Team
Contribute to all necessary departmental activities as required within GTS&KM day-to-day operations.
The Talent we are looking for:
- While a degree in agronomy is desirable, qualifications in the sciences, engineering, pharma, business, marketing, or education will all be considered if the candidate can demonstrate training experience in a corporate environment and how they can cross-apply these skillsets within a commercial company based in the agricultural inputs sector.
- 5+ years of experience in in a full-time position related to the above job description and responsibilities.
- Advanced English level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey technical information in a simple, clear, and compelling manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office, comfortable with computers and adept at internet searches for information including the use of AI and the capacity to digest this information into concise, correct responses.
- International exposure through living or working in another country is highly favorable.
