PR & Communications Expert

Your Mission:

Drive and execute Rovensa Next’s global PR and external communications strategy, strengthening corporate reputation, thought leadership and media visibility across international markets with a a strong hands-on focus on the activation of the global communications plan, including media relations, thought leadership, interviews, press content, PR campaigns and spokesperson support.

The role will also include local market support, acting as a key partner, contributing to the development and activation of the local external communications plan while guiding local teams in identifying and activating relevant communication and media opportunities. Act as a key communications partner for global and local stakeholders, driving integrated communication initiatives across earned, owned and digital channels while ensuring consistency of messaging and alignment with corporate objectives.

Your Responsabilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Rovensa Next’s global PR and external communications strategy.
• Drive media relations activities at global level, building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets.
• Identify and develop proactive communication opportunities, translating business priorities into compelling stories and thought leadership initiatives.
• Create high-quality external communications materials including press releases, opinion articles, media pitches, Q&As and spokesperson briefings.
• Support the positioning of executives and subject matter experts as credible industry voices.
• Lead and activate the PR dimension of global communication campaigns across media, digital and corporate channels.
• Coordinate interviews, media briefings and press enquiries ensuring consistent messaging.
• Act as a PR and external communications point of reference for local teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Communications and business leaders to deliver impactful communication initiatives.
• Act as the global reference point for local communication teams and campaign adaptation.
• Provide guidance and best practices on media relations, PR activation and spokesperson preparation.
• Monitor media coverage, competitor activity and reputational topics.
• Track KPIs and transform insights into recommendations that improve communication effectiveness.

The Talent We are looking for:

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR or media relations.
• Proven experience experience working in global or international communications roles, either within a multinational company or a communications/PR agency managing international clients and multi-market projects
• Experience developing and executing international PR and corporate positioning strategies.
• Strong background in corporate storytelling, thought leadership and reputation management.
• Experience creating high-quality communication content and media materials.
• Strong understanding of earned, owned and digital communication channels.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and spokespersons in external communications.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and local teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese or French is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, project management and execution capabilities.
