YOUR MISSION:

You will be the ultimate responsible for bionutritional and biostimulant product registration and for planning and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance within EMEA.

 

YOUR  RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Fulfill product registration of bionutritional and biostimulant products within the region, leading and implementing the registration strategy in alignment with global strategy.

•    Align with regional and global strategic marketing on product registration plan & allocation of regional capex.

•    Lead regulatory assessment for bionutritionals’ & biostimulants’ product development including organic certification. 

•    Collaborate with R&D on product life cycle management, ensuring products under development meet international and regional Regulations, including organic regulations / standards.

•    Align with Strategic marketing on global positioning of bionutritional & biostimulants’ products in coordination with the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs Bionutrition.

•    Keep up-to-date knowledge of regional bionutritional’s & biostimulants’ regulations: national regulations on fertilizers, organic farming regulations / standards, other horizontal regulations and their trends.

•    Provide relevant risk analysis in the region and initiate corrective measures when needed. Provide country-specific inputs on the applicable regulations, ensure that RN product labelling, classification and sales comply with local regulations, implement actions when needed locally.

•    Supervise efficacy trials and other regional studies (when local conduction is a must) either directly with internal teams or by contracting external CROs.

•    Engage with stakeholders and industry associations to allow a workable regulatory framework for bionutritional & biostimulants’ products.

•    Maintain Regulatory Affairs knowledge: product registration (regional) database and certificates of registration / approved labels / submitted dossiers files.

•    Organic certification: Coordinate with regional marketing the needs for organic certification. Obtain and mantain regional Organic certifications. 

•    Be the main contact point on the region for other Regulatory-related topics: intrstat assignation, cooperation with import-export of the products, etc.
 

THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience on product registration and regulatory assessment (fertilizers, biostimulants, plant protection products or another regulated sector).
  • Good knowledge of European Fertilizing Products Regulation is needed.  
  • Very good proficiency in English language. 
  • Skilled in handling complex topics 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking. 
  • Organizational skills. 
  • Independent working methods.
