Your Mission:

As a Treasury Specialist your mission will be to manage liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and optimize banking operations to ensure smooth cash flow and operational efficiency .Acting as a strategic link between our organization and financial institutions, you’ll contribute directly to the stability and growth of the business.

Your Responsabilities:

• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Execute and reconcile domestic and international payments.
• Record and manage treasury transactions with precision.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely settlements.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide support during financial audits.

The Talent We are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in treasury, banking, or accounting.
• Languages: Spanish & English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ( nice to have)and Excel, with solid knowledge of financial procedures.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines and deliver results.
• Capable of making operational decisions and escalating strategic ones.
• Detail-focused and proactive in  continuous improvement mindset.
• Resilient, adaptable, flexible, and open-minded
