Your mission:
Drive regulatory activities to ensure compliance and market access for Rovensa Next’s innovative portfolio (biocontrol, bionutritional, and biostimulant products) across MENA (Middle East and North African) countries.
Your responsibilities:
- Support Internal Processes: Revise and approve labels for manufacturing plants. Contribute to internal flow charts requiring regulatory input. Provide regulatory guidance and support to marketing and sales teams in MENA countries.
- Product Authorizations: Secure and maintain authorizations for fertilizers, biostimulants, adjuvants, and biocontrols in line with our portfolio strategy
- Registration Planning: Execute the product registration plan and manage regulatory investments for your designated countries.
- Regulatory Activities: Dossier preparation, submission, evaluation monitoring, and responses to authorities for the Biocontrol, Adjuvants and Bionutrition portfolio. Communicate progress and update deadlines.
- Compliance: Ensure product labelling, classification, and sales meet local regulations. Identify and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Information Management: Maintain up-to-date records of product registrations, certificates, approved labels, and submitted dossiers.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about national regulations on fertilizers, biostimulants, plant protection products, organic farming standards, and other relevant trends.
- Authority Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with country authorities for product authorizations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal (Head of Mena, Head of Sales, Marketing team) and external stakeholders and industry associations to support a workable regulatory framework.
The Talent we are looking for:
- 3-4 years of experience in product registration and regulatory assessment.
- Strong knowledge of framework legislation and rules related to MENA
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages, with French being an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and independent working methods.

Permanent contract, based in Egypt.
Position that can be worked in hybrid mode or entirely remotely.
This position will involve business travel when meetings are needed with team from different countries in the MENA perimeter or in Europe ( headquarter based in Spain).
