Main Responsibilities

Manage customs documentation, clearance records, manifests, and foreign trade files.
Prepare and review documentation for foreign trade operations (review and validate customs entries, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and COVE) for import/export operations.
Generate the electronic customs value declaration and transmit it to the customs broker and VUCEM.
Coordinate operational activities with customs brokers and carriers.
Classify goods according to the applicable tariff classification under the TIGIE, in coordination with the Customs Broker.
Verify compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions.
Maintain control of digital and physical files related to operations.
Support audits and internal reviews.
Maintain open communication with colleagues, identifying and reporting any issues to management in accordance with established processes.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations and standards in the country of operation, enforcing adherence to all processes.
Perform any additional tasks related to the role as required
