Main Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the business relationship between IT and the business units at the executive level, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all IT matters.

Align business objectives with technology solutions, focusing on strategic initiatives and planning to support business growth and transformation.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize projects in partnership with business leadership, using predefined criteria such as ROI, productivity improvement, and compliance needs.

Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to provide high-value consulting and guidance through key IT initiatives.

Communicate project decisions, priorities, and updates effectively across all relevant levels, ensuring transparency regarding business unit requests and initiatives.

Provide an end-to-end view of the BU's IT landscape, maintaining clear communication about both short-term and long-term IT roadmaps.

Represent both the BU and IT in management-level forums, such as IT Committees and Digital Transformation Committees.

Act as Account Manager within IT, ensuring seamless interaction with IT service delivery teams and overseeing the quality of services and reporting provided to the business.

Advocate IT capabilities and solutions within the business unit, explaining global IT initiatives, KPIs, budgets, SLAs, and delivery statuses to BU executives.

Oversee BU-related IT projects as a Program Manager, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery through close collaboration with both BU and IT Project Managers.

Provide guidance and direction to project teams to ensure alignment with the overall product vision, acting as an escalation point for project delivery or quality issues.

Manage critical IT issues affecting the business unit, ensuring proper executive-level communication and resolution.

Guarantee all IT solutions and services adhere to corporate standards and IT architecture guidelines as defined by Rovensa.
