Responsibilities:

Commercial Management and Sales: Visit clients (distributors and farmers) in the assigned area to promote, sell, and close business deals, implementing strategies and promotions to meet sales goals.

Commercial Strategies: Execute the action plans defined in Rovensa Next's commercial strategy to maximize market impact.

Product Positioning: Implement marketing strategies to strengthen the presence of products from the entire Rovensa Next portfolio.

Business Development Activities: Organize field days, manage inventories, billing, and collections in the assigned area to enhance client relationships and improve sales control.

Tracking and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on KPIs to evaluate performance and the implementation of commercial strategies in the sales area.

Market Expansion and Studies: Support the opening of new areas, crops, and distributors through market analysis and product positioning strategies.

Training and Persuasion: Train sales teams, design incentives, and develop joint technical projects with distributors to enhance commercialization.

Specialized Technical Support: Advise commercial representatives and AAA farmers through nutritional programs, field tests, soil/tissue analysis, and remote monitoring technologies.

Implementation of Rovensa Next Systems: Apply differentiated methodologies such as technical advice, remote monitoring, high-density planting, and daily visits to key farmers to generate value and loyalty.

Agricultural Innovation and Development: Promote new agricultural practices, such as high-density cultivation systems and advanced technologies, to improve client productivity and profitability.

Marketing and Commercial Support: Coordinate promotional activities and market strategies with commercial representatives to consolidate product presence and close sales with distributors.

Sales Closure and Monitoring: Ensure the completion of sales alongside commercial representatives, maximizing the capitalization of technical and commercial efforts to achieve established goals.
