Mission:

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements (environmental nature) associated with the marketing of the product.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the preparation of Safety Data Sheets within the scope of Crop Protection, including
    coordination with the areas responsible for inputs and validation.
  • Initiate the updating of Product Safety Data Sheets, resulting from regulatory changes
    (e.g., REACH) for raw materials, in coordination with the Technical and Regulatory Department.
  • Ensure the availability of Product and Raw Material Safety Data Sheets throughout the
    organization, through various channels.
  • Update documentation within the scope of Major Accident Prevention (inventory, product classification
    and their classification in Seveso categories, Communication) and, when applicable, ensure the
    global document review process (Safety Report and PEE document).
  • Participate in the identification of needs related to prevention, protection, and intervention in the areas
    of the environment and major accident prevention.
  • Participate in the evaluation of modifications.
  • Update EHS information in SAP, including coordination with the areas that require this
    information, as well as validation of rule application.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual report on road transportation activities for hazardous cargo.
  • Ensure the collection of the necessary information for mandatory communications within the Environment
    (REACH, CLP, Chemical Weapons, Import/Export of Chemical Products, among others).
  • Participate in the preparation of information associated with inspections in the area of ​​PAG/REACH/CLP.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of Industrial Occurrence Reports.
  • Ensure the analysis of REACH compliance of products.
  • Participate in the definition of objectives, indicators, and plans in the Environment areas, and provide input for
    the respective monitoring.
  • Monitor the treatment of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and opportunities for improvement, particularly in terms of their area of ​​responsibility


The talent we are looking for:

  • Available for a fixed-term contract
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in chemistry)
  • Computer skills from a user perspective
  • Good knowledge of English
