Mission:

Assuming a dynamic and harmonious role with operational teams, supporting initiatives and procedures for the safety of people and facilities, 5S techniques and the elimination of the 8 wastes, ensuring environmental management (waste and energy) and quality of work management, its mission is to execute the weekly production plan and the daily allocation of human resources, identifying potential opportunities for improvement and ensuring that working conditions as well as factory practices meet the objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the OTIF (on time in full) execution of the daily production schedule
  • Promptly identify and report to the Coordinator any constraints to the fulfillment of the plan (limitations/availability of equipment, availability of raw materials or packaging, etc.)
  • Continuously monitor the operation on the factory floor in order to promote and ensure compliance with standards and procedures
  • Continuously monitor production, with a view to quickly identifying deviations from the plan, and taking corrective action or escalating depending on the type of constraint (solvable at your level | requires a decision from higher levels)
  • Be an agent of first-line maintenance behaviors and practices (autonomous maintenance)
  • Ensure that the materials necessary for production are in the section, placing orders in a timely manner with the warehouse via ERP-SAP
  • Promote a positive work environment and cooperation among various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure cooperation and interconnection with other areas (Safety, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Maintenance, etc.), especially promoting respect for established rules and standards
  • Promote continuous improvement as a core, particularly in operational processes and practices, 5S, Visual Management, Lean
  • Cooperate in the performance evaluation of teams, together with direct leaders
  • Ensure the correct allocation and maintenance of data in information systems approved by Ascenza
  • Ensure the continuity of bidirectional information flows between management and their subordinates, in particular the transfer of information about new equipment or processes
  • Actively participate in the identification and implementation of conditions to increase factory efficiency and/or safety levels
  • Issue and validate Work Authorizations, whenever applicable
  • Ensure/implement compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, where applicable

The talent we are looking for: 

  • High school diploma (12th grade) 
  • Relevant experience as a Production Operator
  • Experience in leadership roles, preferably in a similar sector
  • SAP knowledge Knowledge in the areas of Quality | Safety | Environment
