Mission:

To monitor the entire production process from formulation to the final product, ensuring productivity and product quality, identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, identify, and propose improvements to production processes in terms of quality and efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and monitor action plans to improve production processes, validating and verifying the effectiveness of the results and benefits achieved
  • Monitor daily operations and performance indicators (especially RFT - right at first time), identifying opportunities for improvement and/or problem solving
  • Conduct regular field monitoring of formulation processes with a view to process mapping, updating the Productivity Matrix, or monitoring first formulations (NPI)
  • Monitor the introduction of new products and the implementation of new operating methods, ensuring their effective integration into production processes
  • Actively participate in change management projects associated with the implementation of new processes, changes to existing processes, or the introduction of new operational practices
  • Promote cooperation and coordination among the various areas of the organization (Development (R&D), Production, Quality, Safety, Planning, Maintenance, among others), supporting the planning and execution of non-routine interventions and actions
  • Update and propose improvements to documentation and work instructions
  • Raise awareness and administer training in the field of Process Engineering for other teams
  • Promote a collaborative work environment and actively contribute to the achievement of the factory's objectives

The talent we are looking for:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Computer skills from a user perspective; 
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and continuous improvement techniques;
  • Initiative, relationship skills, and teamwork ability.
