Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.
Mission:
Responsible for ensuring the proper administrative functioning of the manufacturing area, in the relationship with employees and suppliers, as well as in the handling of information and documentation, and also for supporting the Human Resources department, especially in the operationalization of the training process.
Responsibilities:
Administrative management of the industrial area:
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the industrial department;
• Schedule national and international travel and accommodation for reporting teams;
• Check the team's visa statements;
• Manage the filing system;
• Manage meeting rooms;
• Initiate the purchase order process;
• Manage the storeroom;
• Receive people and provide the requested information;
• Handle correspondence;
• Answer telephone calls and forward them to the respective recipients;
Training management:
• Plan the training to be organized during each fiscal year, together with each area manager;
• Create classes, courses, curricula, and course schedules in the system;
• Create other components necessary for planning each training action (instructors, locations, research, supporting documents, etc.);
• Establish contact with training providers for logistical issues related to each training action;
• Record training history and certificates;
• Extract training reports from the system;
• Analyze training-related data (number of training hours, actions performed, training areas, etc.);
• Ensure legal compliance in the system (Single Report);
• Request improvement/corrective actions from the team that manages the training management platform.
The talent we are looking for:
• Higher education degree in Human Resources or related fields;
• Computer skills;
• Knowledge of MS Excel;
• Proficient in English;
• Sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Dedication and collaboration.
