Your Mission:
The position must create pull effect at key farmer level and supplement the effort of distribution, as well as selling Rovensa Products to our customers (demand planning and sales functions). The person should sell to distributors and create demand at farmer level. Double pull/push mission. Visit at key farmers and make them buy the products through the distributors.
Your responsabilities:
- Demand creation with daily contact with key-farmers from relevant segment and channeling demand through regional distributors
- Budget & Forecast Sales management for the assigned area
- Collection of Orders from customers to be sent to local customer care
- Payments follow-up & Cash collection
- Use of CRM tool
- Field trials and tracking of promotional activities – technical role together with the commercial one
- Competition & Market Analysis
- Customers and their sales team’s follow up regarding needs and stocks
- Contribution to define and implement marketing plans
- Contact with stakeholders
- Identify the new opportunities (local distributors, customers etc)
The talent we are looking for:
- Graduated in Agricultural Sciences or similar
- At least 5 years experience in agribusiness (CPP, Seeds, fertilizers and farming consulting)
- A broad understanding of the action mods of the products and technical options (i.e. mix of systemic versus contact products, or curative versus preventative etc.)
- Strong technical knowledges in crop management (with protection and nutrition solutions)
- Experience in field trials managementg
- strong knowledge of the market (farmers and distributors in the assigned areas)
- Experience in sales reporting
- Capacity to solve problem and to take initiatives
- Strong negociation skills
- Intermediate or fluent level in English (B2 / C1)
