To support our development, we are currently looking for a Marketing Expert for the perimeter of Poland, on a permanent contract.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the marketing and technical support to the sales teams
- Participate to Country adaptation & Implementation of European Corporate Strategic Initiatives
- Be in charge of department budget setting up and monitoring
- Develop the market analysis to provide support to business development of Sales teams and depending on products, range to develop the dedicated offer
- Analyze the market and competitors
- Take in charge of the organization and marketing classification of the Rovensa Next portfolio
- Organize and facilitate regular cross department meetings
- Take in charge of campaign launch, mid campaign and end campaign meetings for all sales team, targeting main budget objectives
- Develop and maintain the marketing and technical information for all technical documents relative to Rovensa Next portfolio
- Implement and coordinate marketing actions to support sales (Newsletters, mailings, field animation, video, e-marketing...) & local marketing materials
- Coordinate communication actions (on site events, trade fairs, customers events…)
- Prepare and manage social media actions and campaign
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Agricultural / Agronomy sciences or similar
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar positions
- Agronomic knowledge of nutrition, plant protection, biocontrol solutions
- Knowledge of the polish market
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to manage presentations
- Analytical and creative skills
- Strategic thinking, strong market orientation
- Ability to work in project mode and as part of a team
- Reactivity, excellent planification & organizational skills
- Capacity to convince and persuade
- Fluency in Polish and English required
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office
