Warehouse Technician – Shipping & Receiving
Location: Waxahachie, TX

From our manufacturing facility in Waxahachie, Texas, we produce innovative agricultural solutions focused on plant physiology and nutrition, contributing to a more sustainable future for agriculture.
 
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Technician – Shipping & Receiving to support and lead daily warehouse operations at our Waxahachie site.
Position Type: This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position in a manufacturing & multicultural environment, with a defined work schedule. Overtime may apply based on operational needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.  
Lead daily Shipping and Receiving operations, ensuring all activities are executed according to established procedures and priorities. 
• Verify received and shipped quantities by comparing physical inventory against work orders and documentation. 
• Identify, report, and properly document damaged or missing materials while maintaining lot traceability. 
• Ensure all materials are correctly labeled with appropriate item and lot numbers. 
Maintain accurate control and proper safeguarding of all documentation generated during the Shipping and Receiving process.
• Allocate and organize storage space based on material type and size. 
• Maintain accurate inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging, both physically and in the system (SAP preferred). 
• Deliver Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers and management as required. 
Serve as the responsible contact for internal Safety audits, ISO 9001:2015 audits, and customer audits related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures. 
Act as the direct responsible party for forklifts assigned to the Shipping and Receiving process, ensuring proper use and care.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.

 

Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Reside near Waxahachie, TX. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. 
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. 
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP preferred). 
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs, stand for extended periods, wear required PPE, and **work overtime as operational needs require.** 
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
