Responsabilidades:

• Gestionar pedidos y órdenes de compra de los clientes hasta su facturación y dar respuesta oportuna a sus solicitudes.
• Gestionar la recuperación de cartera.

• Atender al cliente de forma presencial, telefónica y virtual;
• Verificar y actualizar la información del cliente en el sistema;
• Accionar otras áreas de la empresa que sean necesarias para la solución de una solicitud del cliente
• Orientar al cliente sobre los procesos y canales;
• Dar soporte o servicio postventa; información de interés para el cliente
• Atender sugerencias, quejas y no conformidades de los clientes.
• Realizar llamadas de seguimiento, venta, de acuerdo con la estrategia del departamento;
• Velar por el cumplimiento de las condiciones pactadas con el cliente;
