Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar pedidos y órdenes de compra de los clientes hasta su facturación y dar respuesta oportuna a sus solicitudes.
- Gestionar la recuperación de cartera.
- Atender al cliente de forma presencial, telefónica y virtual;
- Verificar y actualizar la información del cliente en el sistema;
- Accionar otras áreas de la empresa que sean necesarias para la solución de una solicitud del cliente
- Orientar al cliente sobre los procesos y canales;
- Dar soporte o servicio postventa; información de interés para el cliente
- Atender sugerencias, quejas y no conformidades de los clientes.
- Realizar llamadas de seguimiento, venta, de acuerdo con la estrategia del departamento;
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las condiciones pactadas con el cliente;
